ข้อสอบ TGAT ภาษาอังกฤษ Part Reading สอบอะไรบ้าง?

สำหรับ Part Reading ของข้อสอบ TGAT ภาษาอังกฤษ ถือเป็นพาร์ทปราบเซียนของใครหลายคน เพราะต้องใช้หลายทักษะ ทั้งการจับใจความ การอ่าน ความรู้เรื่องคำศัพท์ โดยในพาร์ทนี้จะมีทั้งหมด 30 ข้อ คะแนนเต็ม 50 คะแนน ข้อสอบจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ

1. เติมข้อความในเนื้อเรื่องให้สมบูรณ์ (Text completion)

เป็นการเติมข้อความให้ถูกต้อง เป็นการวัดความรู้เรื่องของคำศัพท์ รวมถึงทดสอบความสามารถในการอ่าน และ เข้าใจเนื้อหา มีทั้งหมด 15 ข้อ

2. อ่านเพื่อจับใจความ (Reading comprehension)

เป็นการหาใจความสำคัญ ความสามารถในการอ่าน และ เข้าใจเนื้อหา มีทั้งหมด 15 ข้อ

South Korea has a dangerous obsession with plastic surgery, says The Chosun Ilbo. One in five women in Seoul admits to having at least one procedure. It’s the done thing: celebrities and beauty queens openly boast about quite drastic treatments. Many use visiting anesthetists who move on to the next clinic before the patient even comes to. Far tougher regulations are needed. Korea already has the dubious honour of leading the world in cosmetic surgeries per capita. We don’t want to become the leader in cosmetic surgery fatalities.

หรืออีกหนึ่งเทคนิคที่ช่วยให้น้องประหยัดเวลาในการทำข้อสอบ ด้วยการใช้เทคนิค Skim และ Scan เป็นการอ่านแบบกวาดสายตาเพื่อหาใจความสำคัญ หรือจะอ่านแบบค้นหาข้อมูลเฉพาะเจาะจงเพื่อหาคำตอบ

2. หา Keyword ให้เจอ

การหาคำหลักหรือ Keyword ในโจทย์ และ เนื้อเรื่องเป็นเทคนิคที่ช่วยให้น้อง ๆ จับใจความสำคัญ และ หาคำตอบได้ง่ายขึ้น

3. ตัด Choice ที่ไม่ใช่ออก

การตัดตัวเลือกที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือ ไม่ใช่คำตอบที่ถูกต้องที่สุด เป็นเทคนิคที่ช่วยลดความสับสน และ เพิ่มโอกาสในการเลือกคำตอบที่ถูกต้อง

4. เรียนรู้คำศัพท์

ยิ่งเรามีคลังคำศัพท์เยอะ จะช่วยทำให้เราทำความเข้าใจเนื้อหา ฝึกฝนคำศัพท์จากเนื้อหาที่อ่าน จดบันทึกคำศัพท์ใหม่ ฝึกใช้คำศัพท์ในประโยค
